Previously, Brooks left a successful career on Wall Street to become Chief Financial Officer of the world’s first low fat donut company, Brooklyn-based startup, Holey Donuts! After raising equity capital and helping grow sales 900% over a two-year period, Brooks returned to his roots in California to join his family’s thriving real estate business of 35 years.

Brooks holds degrees in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania, earned a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Real Estate Institute and is a California Certified Residential Manager.
